Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services supplied by RAQSOFT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12601048, with its registered office at Flat 73A, 4 Mann Island, Liverpool, L3 1BP ("we", "us"). By placing an order or paying for a service you agree to these terms.

Quotes and orders

Every project is agreed in a written quote that sets out the scope, price and timeline. A contract is formed when you accept the quote and pay the deposit or first monthly fee.

Payment

Payments are taken by card through our payment processor. Project deposits are 50% of the quoted price, with the balance due when you approve the finished work. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance on the same date each month until cancelled.

Delivery and revisions

We deliver work within the timeline in your quote, provided you supply content and feedback when asked. Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Additional changes are charged at £30 per hour, agreed with you in advance.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the website design and content we create for you. Software provided on subscription, including the restaurant ordering platform, remains our property and is licensed to you while your subscription is active.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time by email or phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with our work. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.

Project deposits

• If you cancel before we start work, we refund your deposit in full.
• If you cancel after work has started, we refund the deposit less the value of work already completed, which we will show you in writing.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered work.

Monthly subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time. Service continues to the end of the month already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that first payment in full.

Consumer cooling-off period

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of your order to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, we may deduct the value of work already done.

How to request a refund

Email raqsoftltd@gmail.com or call +44 7763 076870 with your name and the date of payment. We confirm within 2 business days and send approved refunds to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.

Privacy Policy

RAQSOFT LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our services. We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and business name.
• Project information and messages you send us.
• Billing records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your data to reply to enquiries, deliver and bill for services, provide support and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers we need to run our services, such as our payment processor, hosting provider and email provider, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep client and billing records for 6 years to meet UK accounting rules. Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing raqsoftltd@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
